NO CASH REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. 

You will be notified of your store credit via email.

Store credit returns in which a return label is issued are limited to one return per 14-day policy. We are unable to issue refunds on orders placed with store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@truelilybeautyowner.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the package including the box and padding it arrived in, and email truelilybeauty@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the problem for you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as handmade moisturizers and oils) and personal care goods (such as feminine products, razors, etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations
We cannot recall packages after they have been shipped and we must treat all shipped orders as returns. Please note that once your order has been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
