 What do I need to do when I don't receive a confirmation email?

If you do not receive an email from True Lily Beauty after placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

What should I do if I entered my address incorrectly?

How long does shipping usually take?

All of our orders ship priority mail. Please allow up to 2-3 days for your order to arrive after it has been processed. Also, please be aware of possible shipping delays due to COVID-19 (refer to our shipping policy). 

 

What can I do when a product is out of stock?

We get new items daily and often restock our most popular items on our site. Always check your email for restocked items and new arrivals. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email.
