SHIPPING
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all required information at checkout.
All orders could take up to 1-3 weeks to process. The standard delivery time is 5-7 business days after processing. Please note that due to COVID-19, U.S. orders may take up to 15 business days to be delivered. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you would like to make any adjustments to your order, please email us immediately at truelilybeauty@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
All sales are final.
If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement. Please provide your order number and name to our email truelilybeauty@gmail.com.
Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed!
Please check our size charts on the home page or listed in the product images if you are unsure on sizing for our apparel.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the package including the box and padding it arrived in, and email truelilybeauty@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the problem for you.
Cancellations
We cannot recall packages after they have been shipped and we must treat all shipped orders as returns. Please note that once your order has been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
